20% vol. A 100ml serve over ice is 2 UK units; a 50ml pour is 1; the 700ml bottle holds 14.

Unopened: somewhere cool and out of direct sun. Opened: in the fridge. The “finish within” period for an opened bottle is printed on the label.

It’s a ready-to-serve rum punch — dark rum blended with lime, bitters, sugar, water and nutmeg, bottled at 20% vol. Serve it as it comes, over ice.

UK mainland, by tracked courier. We can’t currently deliver to [Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man — confirm with your courier]. Someone aged 18 or over must be there to sign, and the driver may ask for ID.

£5.95, or free on orders over £55 (two bottles or more). We dispatch within 2 working days and delivery takes another 2–4. You’ll get a tracking link by email.

Yes — both are entered on the secure checkout page. The gift message is printed on the packing note, not the receipt.

The courier will leave a card and try again or hold it for collection. They won’t leave alcohol with a neighbour or in a safe place without an adult signature.

Email us as soon as you can with your order reference. If it hasn’t been dispatched we’ll change or cancel it. If it has, see returns below.

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll send a replacement. You don’t need to send the broken one back.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and 14 days after that to send it back unopened with the seal intact. Return postage is yours; we refund the bottle within 14 days of receiving it. Full details.

Yes. Ask for a 50ml tasting bottle — it’s the same liquid as the 700ml.
